Approach & Modalities
A strong therapeutic relationship is at the core of my practice. I believe that building genuine trust and rapport is essential for meaningful progress in therapy. Clients should feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate their healing journey. I strive to create an environment where individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves openly, knowing that their thoughts and emotions will be met with empathy and respect. Therapy is most effective when there is a collaborative partnership, allowing clients to feel empowered in their growth and healing.
My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities that are tailored to each client’s unique needs. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to develop emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills, Person-Centered Therapy to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for self-exploration, and Individualistic Therapy to ensure that each person’s unique values, beliefs, and experiences shape their healing process. By combining these approaches, I support clients in developing healthier coping strategies, improving self-awareness, and fostering lasting emotional well-being.
